In the Classical Pilates studio setting you will often use:

  • The thera bands
  • The magic circle
  • Hand weights large & small
  • Ankle weights
  • Stability balls/Pilates balls
  • Massage balls
  • Balance boards
  • Tower classes (not that common)
  • Jump boards
